PLEASE NOTE: Although the webinar can be used for three hours of continuing education credit for various designations, CMHC is not offering CEUs for real estate license certification through DPOR's Real Estate Board due to the modified format.

John G. "Chip" Dicks III is returning in 2024 with an online version of his annual VRLTA program, a not-to-be-missed event for property management professional. His webinar focuses on the legislative updates from the 2024 General Assembly session that go into effect July 1. (Fair housing will not be covered.)
Dicks, an attorney and former state legislator, is a partner with Gentry Locke's Richmond office and is the founder of FutureLaw Real Estate School. He is considered the premier expert on Virginia property management law.
