CVBIA is hosting a spring Industry Forecast from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 23 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Norfolk Airport. The program features NAHB Chief Economist Robert Dietz and Chief Lobbyist Jim Tobin.
