Event is free for all agents who are members of the Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association. This includes those whose brokers are the members. Non-members of the association must pay a $25 participation fee in order to participate. If you or your broker becomes a member of the organization, this fee will apply towards membership dues.
Description
As you are likely aware, the National Association of Realtors along with multiple co-defendants have been found liable of conspiracy. According to some analyst, this $1.8 Billion dollar lawsuit may bring the end to the traditional way homes are bought and sold. While the decision is limited to Missouri, it will undoubtedly have national implications.
