9 a,m, to noon, Monday through Friday, March 14-27. No class will be held on Wednesday, March 22 (study day). A final exam will be held Monday, March 27 (time to be determined).
*Attendance in the VRLTA webinar April 6 is required as part of the PAM School curriculum (cost of webinar is included in the PAM School tuition)

Description
Coastal Multifamily Housing Council's Practical Apartment Management (PAM) School is designed as an introductory program for those who are new to apartment management.
It's also a valuable refresher course for those who have worked int he profession for a while and want to sharpen their skills.
In a classroom setting over two weeks, local instructors will cover such topics as office management, leasing techniques, marketing, financing, maintenance, security, legal issues and federally assisted housing programs.
