9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, March 20-24 and March 27-31*.
*The March 30 class is a full day review of the Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act and will be held at the Doubletree Norfolk Airport.
The RAM exam will be administered from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday, April 3.
Fees/Admission
$395 for TMHC members; $495 for nonmembers.
(Fee includes all course materials and admission to the March 30 VRLTA seminar)

Description
RAM School is an introduction to apartment management offered by the Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council.
In a classroom setting over two weeks, local experts cover such topics as office management, leasing techniques, marketing, financing, maintenance, security, legal issues and federally assisted housing programs.
The course is the first step in aquiring the RAM designation, a national credential offered by the National Associated Builders & Owners (NABO).
