A Builder Member is a licensed Class A contractor or builder engaged in the construction, development, or renovation of residential and/or commercial projects. Builder Members are actively responsible for building work and project execution. Membership provides access to industry advocacy, networking with peers, workforce resources, and opportunities to grow and promote their business.

An Associate Member is a business or professional that supports the building and construction industry but does not hold a Class A contractor’s license or perform construction work. This includes suppliers, service providers, real estate professionals, lenders, engineers, and consultants. Associate Members benefit from networking opportunities, business development connections, and increased visibility within the local building industry.

A Subcontractor B/C Member is a licensed Class B or Class C contractor that performs specialized trade work within the construction industry. These members typically operate as subcontractors rather than general contractors and often represent small companies with 1–5 employees. Membership provides opportunities to connect with builders and developers, gain project visibility, and grow business relationships within the local building industry.
