Dona Overstreet is a lifelong Hampton Roads resident, proud Va. Beach  native, and alumna of Old Dominion University whose career has been defined by leadership, business excellence, and a deep commitment to serving the community.

She began her professional career as an Accountant at Ford Motor Company's Norfolk Assembly Plant before spending 15 years as an Accounting Manager with Beverly Enterprises, overseeing both nursing home and home health care operations.

Today, she serves as President of Security Storage & Van Company of Norfolk, an Allied Van Lines agent with a history dating back to 1914. Under her leadership, the company has earned recognition as the #1 Allied agent in the region and #10 nationwide for customer satisfaction. Security Storage & Van provides local, national, and international moving services, along with extensive residential and commercial storage solutions from its 124,000-square-foot warehouse. The company proudly serves major organizations including Sentara, Walmart, Whole Foods, and many others.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is dedicated to strengthening our community. She actively supports organizations and initiatives including the Festival of Trees, HER Shelter, the Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach Task Forces on Aging, Women of the Woods, the Virginia Beach Republican Women's Club, and the Allied Agents Association Military Committee. Security Storage & Van also proudly supports Old Dominion University Athletics and has partnered with Susan G. Komen to advance breast cancer awareness and fundraising efforts.

Her leadership and community service have been recognized with the Inside Business Women in Business Achievement Award.

Arnel Tanyag is a CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor), MAPS Business Coach and trainer, Certified Referral Trainer, and a PQ Coach in Virginia Beach, VA. He has 25+ years of experience helping businesses grow and helping business owners and professionals become the best they need to achieve their purpose in life and business.
