Affiliate $50 Annually

NAHB Affiliate Members are individuals who represent Builder or Associate member companies at the local level (CVBIA). Local membership is included through their company affiliation. If an individual wishes to access additional benefits at the state (HBAV) and national (NAHB) levels, they may do so by paying the optional NAHB Affiliate fee. This fee is not required if the individual chooses to remain active only at the local CVBIA level. Affiliate membership provides opportunities for industry networking, education, advocacy, and engagement within the residential construction community.

Remodelers Council $70 Annually

The Remodelers Council is the voice of the remodeling industry in Coastal Virginia, uniting professionals committed to quality, growth, and innovation. Through advocacy, professional development, and networking opportunities, the Council supports members in strengthening their businesses and the communities they serve.

Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council $75 Annually

Members receive an annual subscription to Building Women Magazine, the We-Connect monthly e-newsletter, access to continuing education and travel grants (including NAHB International Builders’ Show opportunities), and participation in advocacy supporting the home building industry. Additional benefits include networking, mentorship, leadership development programs, and involvement in NAHB PWB forums, subcommittees, and virtual meetings.

Dues: $75 annually

To be recognized by the NAHB Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council, you must be the primary representative of a CVBIA or NAHB Affiliate member company. If not the primary representative, a $50 NAHB Affiliate fee applies. Additional membership fees may apply.
