Tailgating sponsors will serve up all the old favorites\, including oysters\, barbecue\, chicken\, pizza\, hamburgers\, hotdogs and more.  (You'll find a complete list of sponsors and tailgaters to the right!)\n\n\n\nKempsville Building Materials is bringing back its nail-driving competition as a salute to the Picnic's anniversary and more than 1\,300 people are expected to kick up their heels at Chesapeake City Park April 28!\n\n\n\nThe TBA Picnic is an Adults-Only (21 and over) event and is open only to members and their guests.  It will be held rain or shine.
