Join the Coastal Multifamily Housing Council (CMHC) for one of our favorite networking events of the year! Connect with apartment owners, management companies, suppliers, and industry professionals for an evening of great food, drinks, networking, and friendly competition.

Held rain or shine at the scenic Khedive Temple Picnic Area, this members-and-guests-only event features:

- Signage in parking lot

- Includes 3 tickets
- Sponsor of a cornhole lane and keeps score
- Can provide branded boards and bags

Tailgate Sponsor — In-Kind (must provide alcoholic beverages for attendees. Min 250 servings).

No children or infants permitted
Rain or shine event
Tickets are non-refundable
Ticket prices increase after September 9 and again on the day of the event

Pricing

Tickets can be purchased online for $45 through Sept. 9; price increases to $60 (when purchased Sept. 10-17); and will be available at the gate day-of for $65.
